Is LearnSmart a good company to get training from?

I saw the announcement that LearnSmart is offering the ITIL Foundations Training for $29 (with the certification exam included.) I've never heard of LearnSmart before and was wondering if anyone else had any experience with them.

I've done a little bit of research online for reviews, but most of them are a few years old and not very positive.
