Is Mixradio available for non-Lumia Windows devices ?

Hi everyone ! I'm looking to get a non-lumia Windows mobile device, the Archos Cesium 50 running w10m. Mixradio is one of the app I use the most, I would like to know if on Windows 10 Mobile the Mixradio app is available to every devices ?

I thought MixRadio is available to all Windows Phones.

Can't say 10 won't have any issues, but I'll think it'll be fine.
