Is my 928 slowing down?

I've been noticing some performance issues with my 928 recently. It's frustrating and I have no idea why it would be slowing down. I haven't damaged anything. I'm on the developer preview. It's affecting everything. From resuming apps, to cortana, to opening apps, apps crashing, etc. Is anyone else having these issues? Any explanation?

You answered it yourself, you're on the developer preview. When I left the developer preview, all of my performance issues disappeared.

I'm on Developer Preview too and yes, it does slow it down. I also noticed massive slow down and stuttering of the UI when my data connection was rather weak. For example, my tiles would disappear or appear invisible when I have 1 bar on LTE or only have 2-3 bars on 3G.
