Is my phone camera broken?

I noticed this happening to my Lumia 950xl only today. I was trying out the Microsoft Hyperlapse app by placing the phone on a CR-200 stuck to the windshield of my car. I realized that the phone was struggling to focus. I tried restarting the phone and it started giving some noise and vibration of the camera module like the one you'll see in the video below. The video below was created using the Whatsapp video capture. The reason coz the native camera makes the same noise and vibration but very rarely.

Is my camera broken?
