my phone destroy?

about two month my lumia 520 restart when i work with it.
but about 3days ago suddenly after restart my phone shows this error
"unable to find a bootable option"
i show my phone to shop but i couldn't repair that
what is this?
is windowsphone this?? bad?
what should i do??

It is bad. You have to have a new mainboard. You cannot fix with re-flashing. Only hardware replacement will fix.
