Is my phone done???

When I plug my phone into the computer, zune says that my phone has no response, and the code 'C00D124D' appears. I followed the instructions on the website

and keep restarting my phone, and even reinstall zune. But it still isnt working. It works when I plug it into other computers. How can I fix this? Here are some of the info that I got.
Phone windows 7.8
computer windows 7
Phone model: nokia lumia 710 OS version:7.10.8862.144 Driver Version: 4.8.2148.0
Computer: Windows 7

If other PC's can see the device then its likely a software issue. Uninstall Zune again then plug the device in see what happens. The goal here is to track down the WP drivers and get rid of them. If all else fails reimage the PC.

Oh wait. Try another USB cable first.
