When I plug my phone into the computer, zune says that my phone has no response, and the code 'C00D124D' appears. I followed the instructions on the website

and keep restarting my phone, and even reinstall zune. But it still isnt working. It works when I plug it into other computers. How can I fix this? Here are some of the info that I got.
