I'm totally pissed at being ripped off!
I had to reset my phone due to repairs & now I can't reinstall my paid app.

If MS is allowing this to continue, I'm going to support piracy & stop buying apps from the marketplace.

Even though PES 2012 is out, they must be nuts to want me to pay for it since there is time limit to its usage when another newer version comes out!

yea I am know what you mean I think microsofts biggest problem could be fixed by allowing zune software to allow you to backup apps to it so we can store them on our pc's, as I want to get rid of my focus to get the lumia 900 but cannot as I still have star wars hoth and pes 2011 not finished and don't want to have them uncompleted

As I mentioned they also do this on ios devices and android they remove the older verisons of sports titles, so I am fair warning everyone that went madden, tiger woods and fifa hit they will also do this.

Its more or less though they don't want someone complaning as they saw pes and downloaded it not noticing a newer verison on the marketplace for the same price.
