I asked this because majority of the "Dual SIM LTE" phones only have LTE on 1 SIM slot and 2G on the other slot.
It's okay if the Lumia 640 Dual SIM LTE can only have LTE on 1 SIM slot as long as the other slot is 3G.
If it's true, I will recommend this phone to my friends who are going to have their internship in Japan or South Korea where 2G or GSM does not exist in those territories.
