Is the build 10586.36 stable enough to be upgraded to for a naive insider?

I am recently using the Nokia Lumia 730 dual sim.
and I want windows 10 mobile and tired of waiting for it for months.And I am not a programmer or something
Just a tech savvy guy who loves windows.

My question is :
Is our safe to use the insiders programme to upgrade or still is should wait for the official update?
But the update is to far too be waited for as per the latest list by Microsoft.

And also,
I'd I use the insiders programme, webcast would be it's results on my phone hardware?
Software bugs would be ok
But hardware....

So should I?

It seems it stable and safe enough to use ut in last few builds. I'm using it and no problems. You may hit lower battery life, some apps not installing or so, but no known big bugs and problems.
It's pretty safe now to try and roll back.
