Is the Denim Update out for the United States 1520s yet? if so, How can i get it.

AT&T seem to be sitting on their hands at the moment. Most people have been able to get out of them is "its in testing" and "Soon" This is for ALL windows phone models they have on the network. none have received it I really am getting itchy to get camera 5 on my 830
