Is the N-Trig pen tilt sensitive?

I was wondering if the N-Trig pen has tilt sensitivity.

​If not; I wonder if it's something they'll look at for the Surface 4.

Correct me if I am wrong, I don't think the previous Wacom pens were either. While it would be nice, it doesn't seem likely that it would have it now.

The previous Wacoms on Surface don't have it.

I'm just checking to see if there is extra awesomeness on this.
