Is the phone stuck at boot?

I got a completely new phone Lumia 930. When i started it, everything seemed to be fine. Even started skype - worked. Then i ran the phone update and it downloaded it and said: now your phone will be restarted to install the update, you won't be able to use the phone for about 10-15 minutes.
Look fined.
Confirmed and the process began.
The phone is connected to the charger.
After the restart the cogs appeared and since then the phone seems to be in a loop.
It shows the cogs, the progress bar for the update doesn't move, the cogs spin for a while, then the phone looks like turning off, shows the battery is low and charting. Then stays turned off for some time, after some time, restarts and shows the cogs again, they turn for a bit, no progress bar moving, and again shut down and battery recharge.
It's been like this for like 2 hours already.
What should i do?

I would try returning the phone if it's still within the return date. I would then try using the the nokia software recovery tool. If that doesn't work you can contact nokia support on twitter.
