Is the t-mobile guy the new ballmer?

I've been wondering that myself for a while. Sure, he's a great front man, and has become something of a minor celebrity (I admit to following him on Twitter, some of his posts are hilarious), but is he actually any good at his job? I'd love to see an article that talks about him as an executive, rather than a funny mouthpiece.

Well love him or hate him T-Mob certainly has shaken up the mobile industry in the States, and for that I have to give him kudos. They have taken some risks and learned a few lessons along the way (jump every 6 months?.... whoops, can't make money that way!) but overall it has made things much better for consumers and I hope the trend continues.
