Is there a best Credit Card Reader app for Windows Phone?

I have a Lumia 1520. Is there a good credit card reader app and dongle that will work on it? Or do I simply have to wait for Paypal Here to reappear (assuming it worked on this phone)?

It certainly will work. The L1520 is the bomb-diggity as far as Lumia's go. The PayPal card reader will be fine once it is up and running.

As far as I know, the only other apps that are offered for credit processing are STUPID expensive, often a monthly charge along with a charge-per-use. I did find 2 listings:

I do not see any reason to use those options if you can wait on PayPal. More money in your pocket when it does come out.

I have Merchant Plus and Paypal Here. Merchant Plus does not use a reader and i just rec'd my reader for PP Plus. Reader was recognized by the phone but haven't had a transaction for it yet.
