I have a Nokia 1520 and use Cortana all the time, but my wife is Chinese and because of her accent she is not able to use Cortana, she has a Nokia 920, which is a problem in the United States since not all people here speak English, or they have a thick accent like my wife, is there a way to have the Chinese version of cortana work in the US, better yet make all versions of Cortana work here.

I was going to ask her to change to Chinese, but I couldn't ask her to change back, lol - so the above is the best I can do
