only for those enrolled on the developer preview program.
they are just checking their updates systems
not critical even though its said so
its a test update for DP users

This update was pushed out a week back. Microsoft is just testing their updates systems. I think they are getting things in place for the GDR 1 and Denim firmware update OTA.
