Is there a date stamp?

I keep many records, both on Word, and on OneNote. I would like to easily insert the date, or even the date and time of day. Is there any help for me?

I've always seen date/time upon creation, with OneNote, right underneath the title. Word, I'm not so sure, but you can always see the date/time when you look at those files through "Files".

Thanks, but my interest is to insert the current date, or date/time right into the text of my doc.
