Is there a fast way to clean up contacts in People?

I am on Live.com, in the people tile on my computer (not phone) and the contacts have a checkbox next to them that you can check, but you don't get any options there to delete or edit them.

Is this still a work in progress?

Are you looking at the old live.com site or the newly designed outlook.com version? Either way, UI aside, when you select contacts there should be a menu at the top to delete and otherwise manage what items are selected.
