Windows Phone 10 Alarm Sounds

is there a quick fix " no factory reset" for not being able to change default alarm sounds in windows phone 10 latest build ?
i can only choose default for some reason.

Have you tried restarting your phone?

I'm on build 10586 and I can choose any alarm sound, as long as it is in a recognized file format and it is saved in my phone. This was also the case for build 10581.
