Is there a glance feature on ATIV SE?

no , glance feature is exclusive to some Lumia handsets only.

That's really unfortunate. I really use the glance feature on my 820. But I like ATIV SE slim design, removable battery and micro SD support which unfortunately many higher end Lumias do not have (except for 820).
Still I hope that Samsung will release the international version of ATIV SE because I will probably buy it. I really looking forward to replace my heavy 820 with something lighter.

No glance but using the physical home button wakes the phone so it works the same way I think
