Is there a new Groove 'Now Playing' screen?

Has the 'Now Playing' UI been updated to remove the black bar at the top (i.e. expanding the photo to the top)? I could have sworn one of the past updates mentioned this in the changelog, but I did not see this change in Groove on my phone. I see it in the 'Albums' section of the app, but not the 'Now Playing' screen. Does your 'Now Playing' screen look like this? I think it looks so much nicer!
