Is there a problem with my internal screen?

My lumia 800 phone is may be dead.

It sudden fell down from my bed and then turn off. The external screen is good. May be there is some problem in internal screen.

After power cycling the device, see if you can receive a phone call. If its a screen issue you should still hear it ring.
