is there a repair service for lumia

My out of warranty 928 needs repair. I went to the MS store and they were no help. I don't want a subsidized phone as I want to keep my unl data plan. Plenty of places fix Android and iPhones, but I can't find anyone who will touch the Lumia.

Phone fails in less than 18 months = fail.
MS has not way to repair phone = double fail.

Anyone have any ideas?

Its a hardware issue. The built in ear speaker no longer works.

Why don't you go to Nokia Care Center? Lumia 822 is still Nokia right? Is there any NCC available in your area?
