Is there a service in place for disabled people to get help installing windows 10

I have installed 4 times it has failed 4 times
Gone back to windows 7 (classic desktop)

Sorry you're having a hard time installing on your own. Are you aware of a specific step where the problem is arising?

Do you live near a Microsoft Store? If you do, i'm certain that you can call and set up an appointment for them to either walk you through the install, or do it for you!
