No such app not even third party apps.

No first party app because "apparently" the CEO doesn't like Microsoft (it's clearly evident) and due to the security breach Snapchat had + the legal issues there are no third party apps - Plus using these will get the account banned.

There isn't one and there never will be. If you want Snapchat, you need to move to iPhone or Android.
