Is there a universal Login that I can use for everything yet?

Search engines find words phrases and pictures. Why not build a search engine that stores login credentials that can be applied universally? That way anything and everything I want to log into can be accessed from my Login account. That way I do not have to reinvent the wheel every time I forget a password. Blockchain technology uses blockchains and servers that are not directly paid for by blockchain and they have a login that is protected. Shouldn't we have the same protections for our logins? At this point I would settle for Microsoft Excel that I log into that could keep all of my accounts, active and the ability to use a single login to access any of the accounts with the same login at the login point. What is taking so long?
