Is there a way to clean install windows 10 mobile?

Title says it all, My 520 is really not stable on the newest build. I figured a clean install might help that, but how do I achieve that?

Eh I would just hard reset the phone.

If that doesn't work, I would use the WDRT too revert to 8.1 and upgrade again.
