Override Disabled Zoom on Web Pages

Is there a way to override web pages that have disabled the zoom function? I've come across too many pages that I can't view text or images on and the zoom has been disabled. This is so frustrating; why do they do this??

I don't know, maybe they think they know better than users.

I think if you go to settings > ease of access > allow zooming something something you'll like what you see.
