Is there a way to point photos from an android phone to onedrive camera roll?

I am still on W10M, but will soon make the switch to Android. I use onedrive to constantly switch from my pc to my phone and vice versa. I do not want to save anything under google's cloud as a lot of what I do requires me to take pictures of items under protective orders - and google's terms of service violate said orders. Can someone tell me if there is a way to point Photos, MS Docs from office, etc to one drive under Android instead of Google's ecosystem?

You can install MS apps in your Android device like Onedrive without even entering or touching Google services.

android syncs my photos and docs between my samsung s9+ and pc's using onedrive way better than windows 10 mobile ever did. My 950 and 4s have issues doing this even today.
