Is there a way to recover deleted phots on a Nokai Lumia 830?

If you are saving your pics to the cloud, check OneDrive or whatever service you use.

If they were on an SD card... Maybe. Depends. Stop using the card, eject it from the system in Storage Sense, power down and remove the card.

Put the microSD in an adapter and insert into a card reader attached to PC. Try some file recovery software on it.

If it was on the phone's internal memory, not so much.
