Is there a way to relay audio from pc to the phone?

Well the title says so, you see, i've bought a bluetooth headset, which, well, are bluetooth(Duh), but my laptop is old and doesn't have a bluetooth connection, so i would like to know if there an app or way to relay the audio to my phone so my phone would send it to my bluetooth headphones, thank you.

I don't know about relaying the sound from your laptop to your phone, but I do know that you should be able to buy a Bluetooth adapter that plugs into a USB port on your laptop for $20. or less, if that would be an option for you. I purchased one some time back for my old desktop that did not have Bluetooth and it worked well.
