Is there a way to set up tap to pay on an at&t windows phone?

I was wondering if there's any possible way to set up tap to pay on an at&t windows phone. If there isn't I would like to see a video of someone setting it up on a carrier that it does work with. I have a secure SIM from at&t but have no clue how to set up tap to pay. I can't seem to find anyone who has actually used tap to pay on a Windows phone at all.

I assume you mean in WP 8.1???

It was to be done through Isis/Softcard. They dragged their feet forever. It was out for about a minute and a half for Verizon and about one minute for AT&T, then Google bought Softcard and killed all WP support.

My understanding is that Win 10 Mo will bake a solution directly into the OS.

I hope TTP comes with the official WP10 Mobile. Left my wallet at home this morning and McDonald's is right by the office. With my former Android phone, not a problem. Today started the ponder of how long will it be before it comes to WP or I go back to Android.
