Hi all,
Is anyone aware of a way in which I can write an NFC tag in such a way that either:
- when I touch the tag, a message pops up containing a simple text string
- when I touch the tag, I'm able to automatically populate the currently selected text field in an app with a simple text string
This strikes me as a very useful tool to have - especially as most developers don't even know about NFC or don't implement it.
For anyone wondering, I want to use this with an inventory tracking app to be able to tap an nfc tag to populate the 'location' field. If anyone knows of an alternative app which allows me to track inventory in this way (whilst also being able to scan the UPC barcodes of the inventory itself) that would also be most helpful!)
Thanks,
Andrew
