Is there a Youtube app for WP8 that lets you download/preload videos?

So, my brother just got a Lumia 521 and he wants an app like the one I have on my BlackBerry that lets you preload videos so you can easily watch/listen to them offline. Are there any apps for WP8 that allow you to do this?

Both metrotube and mytube will do just fine... Its up to you to choose one.
