Is there an Alcatel One Touch fierce xl factory restart button?

Alcatel One Touch fierce xl has glitch, keeps restarting shutting on and off. If at all possible, how do I fix it? HELP!

I would advise a soft reset instead of factory reset, if that does not then a hard reset and if that doesn't work then using Windows Device Recovery Tool, which most likely would resolve the issue. but if you must do a factory reset then go to settings > System > About > Reset your phone. The option is right at the end of the About page.
