Is there an app available that will let me mirror what is on my TV to my cell phone?

I have one of the new Samsung TVs that has the feature to mirror video/audio from the TV to a cell phone but I think Samsung only has the app available for Android phones. I have a Nokia 822 and I was wondering if there are any 3rd party apps that will allow me to utilize the mirror feature?
