Is there an APP for a 2d (business#) so I don't have to publish my personal number?

OS: WP8.1 on a HTC smart phone platform, Verizon Service
Do I have to go to Android or iOS for this feature?
If compatible with WP8.1 is it free or subscription?
MajicJack and OOMA are not compatible w/ any Windows OS.
