is there an app to clip/trim videos taken

lets say i took a 2 minute video and want to clip off 90seconds of inactivity from it before sharing it
is there an app to do this? thanks

i looked though this, am i understanding correctly that this is an API limitation? 3rd party apps cannot do this either??

yeah there is simply no api for 3rd Party apps to access Videos at all.. :-(
