Yeah, the latest update for the OS adds it to the toggles in the action center. If you don't want to wait for the official release, you're welcome to join the free developers preview. Search on it to find out the steps and enjoy!

Go to notifications + actions in settings. Then click on one of the boxes and add your toggle of choice.

You turn it on and off by sliding down using your finger. You will see the action centre.

I'm on Denim on my 830 and I don't see data connection as a toggle option for the action centre. As far as I know, it wasn't included when action centre was first introduced and hasn't been included since.

Why cannot I nit update apps when data is set to off and use WiFi instead. Normal?
