Is there any automatic call recording app on windows phone?

I believe recording phone calls is illegal in some places unless everyone involved is notified and it's always unethical without permission and knowledge of all involved.

What is that for an argument and the app should be free or do you want to pay for an app like this.

What if there was an app.
And if you get a call the caller would first hear a message "this call will be recorded " and if you make a call the one you called would first hear the same message would you then still use it?

But also see this link.

It helps as a proof in corruption cases.

Only if you live in a country where this is allowed in court but that you know I presume.
Anyhow there is no app for windows phone so please follow the tip from rhapdog in above link to expose them or wait (probably for ever) till there is a app for windows phones.
Or check if there is an app on another OS and buy such phone.
Good luck.

There is a world of difference between playing pirated music and recording someone's conversation with you.

It is a basic and must have feature
Umm its not a basic feature. A basic feature of a smartphone is ability to make calls, email client, messages, and have a basic app store. I don't find the call recorder to be a basic feature so it is very subjective. Again call recording without the other party's consent is illegal in many countries. If the feature is an absolute necessity for you (or anyone) then they should stick to a platform that supports it (BlackBerry or Android)

it is all depend of some circumstances. Here in Canada a lot of place you call, have a recording saying "this call is recorded for quality purposes and training"> (something like that) and I believe it is the same in the USA. EG: calling AT&T> (if I am not mistaken)

So yes in certain situation if a call would be recorded it would save some pain when a company tried to scam you...
also to me if a cop can record you....you should be able to record them E.G.: dash cam.

Another example is when Bell Canada screwed up my phone bill.....Long story short...I told I was not going to pay and said to them to bring me to court and that I was going to ask from them any recorded conversation we had....More than 10 years now that I've been waiting from them to do>>bringing me to Court

"Everyone" steals and cheats the artists and creators of their favorite content out of their hard earned money? Wow, that's a lot of people who don't support what they enjoy...

Have you tried walking out of a Microsoft Store with a Surface 3 without paying for it yet? Try it and let us know how it goes!

That would be with a proven and justified order from a court allowing the violation in many modern countries. Otherwise, without giving notice to all parties involved, it would be at least unethical.

What is your use case?
