However none of these companies have what Microsoft has a complete ecosystem sure certain aspects of that ecosystem needs alot of work and such work is on going.
Neither Apple or Google have the amount of users on a desktop operating system so when you throw Windows on ARM into the mix. The entire game is changed completely, as that not only impacts Apple and Google (to name the biggest ecosystems) but Intel and AMD.
Sure, the world won't transition off Win32 completely as there are an insane number of variables and scenarios to consider.

Win32 -> Gamers, Modders, Businesses and Corporates
ARM -> Everyone else
