Is there any free best video app showing subtitles?

Can anyone tell if there is any free video app showing subtitles and playing all format of videos please??

I'm a big viewer of fan subs. I've taken to using handbrake to convert the files to .mp4 and choose to burn in the subtitles. There are a few other apps out there, but I have not had success with them personally. VLC for WPhone is not going to be coming soon, it got delayed again.

You can look for some free video converter software.It contains the function of adding subtitles.
