Is there any way i can install an update which is saved in software distribution in windows

I have downloaded windows 10 using media creation tool as an update . When i return back media creation tool window is closed and when i looked into software distribution folder in windows i find a tmp file which is about the same size of windows 10 . Is there any way i can install that .... Please help me.......
