I think you might be confused. There is a Surface 3 already on the market. it was introduced a few months ago. If your question is when an RT version will be introduced, I don't think that has been decided or stated.

There's a "Surface Pro 3" on the market, yes.. but a "Surface 3" has yet to be even announced.

Even if we are to se Surface 3, I wouldn't count on it before windows 10 (for ARM).

I'm not confuse... I realy talking about the surface 3, right now, there is the surface 2, the one with nvidea tegra 4 with a 10,6" screen... and i'm wathing the surface 3, it was supose to be the new version of the ARM chip surface with the Nvidea K1 chip...

I wouldn't mind if Microsoft came out with a Surface 3 RT as long as its released next year with Windows 10 RT.

I love my surface 2, no reason for an upgrade at this point, except that I hate 16:9 screens. Would love the Surface 2 with a Surface Pro 3 aspect ratio.

If the next Surface is ARM based i hope they make the jump to AArch64 (64 bit ARM architecture). For this they apparently take quite a bit of time since nothing currently is indicating, that Microsoft's compiler toolchain is ready for AARch64. Not to mention they need to compile Windows 8/10 itself for AArch64.
