Is there some kind of app lke proxydroid for Windows Phone?

What I want to know is simple that: Is there some kind of app like proxydroid for Windows Phone?

Because, here in my country, the internet gets limited after some use...
I can change acess point, but then the chat and Skype won't work... =/
With android phones I can solve this problem with proxydroid.
So... Is there any app that can solve my "problem" for WP? =)

don't think its possible, since even on Android it recommends root

However, you can set proxy on WP on a per Wi-Fi network basis, by pressing and holding on the network in the Wi-fi settings panel. > Edit.
