Is this happening to me only? Network connection issues

facing every one. Frequently my phone loosing cellular network after updated to 8.1.

Even if it gains the cellular network after loosing, unable to connect to internet and getting the internet after restarting the phone only.

Might be a problem going on with reliance I also have it sometimes it connects to internet and sometimes it doesn't.
