Is this new in windows explorer?

When you have detailed view,you see a tiny arrow now on top of the column where you can click to sort files. It flips around depending on ascending or descending. I'm note surr I it was there before. Feels new.

Pretty sure I've used that feature as long as I can remember, at least since Vista?

It's not new, vista had it. so nothing new, I guess now it's more visible with a lot of while, and less fake ugly 3d effects windows vista and 7 tried to make.
