I'd say no, it's probably not a Surface phone. It's probably just a custom made sort of stock image, so they are not advertising a certain model.

Yup, that's also what I thought, but still, if you look at windowsphone.com most of the phones are Nokias, and why wouldn't they advertise Nokia if they own it now.
