Is Touch issue rectification in Lumia 535 most difficult task for MS People?

We have been waiting Since 4 months But you guys are still working in it.Kindly let us know is this touch issue most difficult task for you.Or whether this touch issue can not be solved???.We need an exact answer. When is the update ultimately release?
We are fed off by using Bakwass lumia 535.

Do u realize that this site is run by a bunch of WP enthusiasts and users? It has nothing to do with MS team members or MS officials.
So posting this here as if MS will listen and rectify the issue will not help.
If u really want MS to see it then ur better of mailing it to MS through rate us app or the offical nokia conversations(renamed now?) forums.

I don't know what your touch issues are. I had issues where the screen would lock up while listening to voicemail or recording a voice note. Installing the windows 10 preview fixed those issues. If that's not your issue, than next time try actually explaining what your deal is.
