Is win 10 good on lumia 640 xl?

Ive had it before, bit i went back to 8.1 so i want to know ia it any good now?

It has improved recently. It might not be as fast as 8.1 but Microsoft released an update recently (a month or so ago) that improves performance on older devices. I recommend giving it a try. Remember that you can always use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to go back to 8.1.
